Crypt of Agony

Last mob in Crypt of Agony, the Emperor. He uses a nasty debuff that strips all the buffs from the MT. He appears to be ignoring stuns/mezzes/roots to give a chanse to reapply the buffs.

Is there a trick to it, we missing something that needs to be done? Or is it just a matter of buckle up and tank him buffless?

Bring a decent healer, or healers if that is needed, he's not really that hard.

We were doing Charasis:Vault afew days after RoK release and the nameds were scripted. So figured that might be the case on this one. But guess its just eat the debuff and burn hehe.

There's a coffin in this zone that you can examine, seems to indicate a quest to unlock it.
Anyone figured this out?

this zone is an impertinence for every healer.
I don't like the idea to tease priests with the "curse of the crypt"

He can be pretty mean before he goes yellow /white though

Shield of Faith if you've a templar helps vs. his dot. He also fears etc.

As a slight de rail as a healer I absolutely dispise this freaken zone. Sure put debuffs on things thats fine. But do you have to fuken spam the goddamn thing every .02 seconds argh. H8! H8! I tell you!

Thanks for the replies, yeah we got him down the day after I posted that hehe. Afew levels on the tank made quite a diffrence.

And yeah... that power-ae that every freeking critter use is utterly anoying...
