I can not for the life of me find the quest to start citizenship to the city in ten deep. Does anyone know were it starts? I am currently a citizen of Freeport.

I found a guy near the dock in ten deep <Freeport Militia> but he doesnt do anything. I'm thinking he is to gain citizenship to freeport.

Why would the sarnak, who generaly hate everyone, let you be a citzen of their Brood?

imo they shouldn't be aligned wither either 'good or evil' factions and just distrust everyone. they are only classified as evil right now because of the class sets.

If you can happen to become a citzen of their brood i would like to become a citzen of Veeshan's peek pls and thx an honorary dragon yo.

Edit: just to back this up. Sarnak are at war with Iksar, so much so that they are racial enemies. Freeport is hoem to iksars. put two and two togehter =p

if anyone else is wondering i found out. you have to first become a citizen of freeport (starts in east freeport0 then you go to the fighters guild in west freeport and talk to Ambassador Zrelach to start Gorowyn citizenship.

Goods can do pretty much anything in Gorowyn except buy a house there, even use the broker and vendors. When I can't find a druid to port me from GFay, I run to Butcherblock, take the black griffin to the cliffs, then take the blue griff to TD and run through the city to the portal near the caster trainers.

Why they didn't just make the sarnaks and the city full blown neutral I'll never know.
