My standard AKA criteria for this list is who has the biggest ego.. simple as that.

1. China
2. India
3. USA

My criteria for that list is which county has the most population. The basis behind the list is the criteria. If basis behind this isn't the criteria.. then tell me what the criteria is plz cause those ARE the countrys with the most population last i checked.

Some criteria might be, they have the most post counts, they flame the most, etc.

A possibilty of criteria for that list could be.

They have fucked collectively 185 women.

Know why that could be a possibility? Because the judgment or title of that list could be "Guilds who have the most rewarding lives outside of eq2"
