thats acutally not true. it would only take some minor changes to trigger the mob and a pathing change as well as correctly placed respawns.

You mean making certain areas completely void of the mobs so that when it comes to the end of the encounter you can actually complete it.

i really have no idea what this means, but you could even have the whole zone respawn after something like 6 hours of inactivity until the lev is killed. there are numerous ways around it. you just pick one and fix it for them.

You not giving a cleric mana regen is a faulty raid build when you know the encounter is going to last a long time, not a flaw in raid design. Our inquisitor has managed solo healing his group and keeping his power up the whole time just fine.

How can you claim my statement is false if those guilds aren't raiding it? I never said anyone was struggling right now, because the only guilds doing it right now are top end guilds. I said lower end guilds WILL struggle.

Edit: Will is implied in the reading of the text in that context.

How would this solve the problem Niber proposed (which I don't believe is a problem to begin with) of wiping and not having anymore skins? All this does is just make it one pull a day.

They could put a clickie in. "Click here for respawns." If people want to farm mobs with that much hp all day wtf cares?

And here you trivialize the encounter even more by being able to have every single person in the raid with a fish scale going into the encounter.

Here's an even better idea, make the Fishman skin no-zone, temporary and make the zone not lock you out until you kill the Leviathan. *gasp* Then you want to try again with full fishskins? Zone out, zone back in.

Fish skin and fluid no zone and I could live with this solution (assuming they don't fuck it up and when he ports you your shit goes poof). The incoming so and so went linkdead and fucked our encounter threads would also be funny.
