T3: Chamber of Destiny

Something isn't right with this zone/encounter. Tonight we zoned in 3 groups and 4-5 healers (because the rest of our raid wasn't flagged) and successfully cleared it.

*** WARNING SPOILERS ***

I assume being swallowed is suppose to be the key to this fight. But we basically skipped it and after 45-50 minutes of a slow burn he died. There was no strategy nor did we do anything special, just stood in front of him and melee auto attacked and cured the poison AE. Surely that's not the intention of this encounter.

Yep it's pretty fucking retarded - when we killed it sent in several petitions and we were informed that it was "working as intended". There is more mobs in this expansion like this btw - it's pretty fucking retarded.

What they are telling you is the zone is not broken the devs are broken gg SoE.

Seriously though I really hope this encounter is broken or they should rename it the chamber of free lewt and access to VP.

We explained it great detail exactly how it works and how having perma rooted mobs was a bad idea. We explained everything exactly and they told us working as intended. There's no way it can be designed this easily. I mean if soe really just decided this would be a strategy fight how long did it seriously take folks to think of it? I know we pulled the mob a grand total of three times before I said hmm, let's range it down and see what happens. Wow this is a fucking joke.

Forgot to mention;

There was a ninja change to keying T3. You now need everyone to have both Ventril AND Overking in order to zone in. Dont screw yourselves like we did.

That's not a change. It's how it's always been, unless it was changed before we first went in, and we were I think 2nd to go in.

Previously only required one of the two.

Regardless, information I wish we would have known. We had two very different looking raids on the two kills.

When was this? After we first killed Overking we went over to Chamber of Destiny to zone in, thinking we only needed one of the 2, only to be denied.
