hey all i dont know if this has been posted before if it had i am sorry. For the repeat but has anyone notice that the stun and stifle trick on the twins in castle dont work anymore. Did they change the strat on this mob if so anyone know the updated one pls let me know

There's multiple ways to kill them. But A.F.A.I.K the stun / stifle still works. It is possible that your dps is burning through the stun and stifle period before your Enchanter gets a chance to put it on them. If this doesn't work for you then I would suggest having all groups block at 10-11% and burn it down, it will heal then burn it from 25% to dead.

The one near mayong has spell reflect so sometimes it doesn't land.

Other option is to have aoe blockers in each group.

thx all will try thia we do the ae avoid n still heals but maybe the stun is landing too soon or someting

The first one closer to the zone in has a damage shield as well. If you are using AE immunities at 10%, then you should be sure this is removed before you cast AE immunities, otherwise they will all break when the mob hits you with damage shield. The second one closer to mayong does have a reflect, so beware of that too. Also make sure you're buying the spikes in somborn village, they will help a lot for that final 10%.

why would you need ae blockers for that?

just need some coordination:
-dispatch at like 12%
- count in TS/vent for evryone to land their highest nuke at the same time
- when mob is at 6%, use stake from vendor
--> no AE/heal at all. no stun/stiffle needed either

actually thats what evryone does afaik. the above thingies just make it way more complicated than that fight actually is

sidenote: might want to use ae blockers on the one closer to mayong to avoid his regular heal (swirling cloud of blood) from interfering with your burn

aoe avoid doesnt work on cheroon unfortunately. your best bet at this point in the game (zone should be green) is to just not even bother and burn him from the point he does his emote to dead before the aoe goes off. shouldnt be hard to muster 50-60k mantained DPS in there now, let alone a good 200k burst, espescially with heartwood stakes running only 2p a piece on the league merchant in the village. the things hit for fucking 130k each if they dont crit and once he is to 6% (4% burn = 3 seconds with decap/sniper, fusions ect... at 80), using 2 of those + verdict WILL kill him every time without fail

using 2 is overkill. since if you get him below 5% fast enuff he wont AE anymore. so if you use 1 after he hits 6% you can finish him off theoretically as slow as you like, even without verdict

since always, and it was never very reliable on viswin either. just easier to stun/burn before, or if its bugged just burn burn burn now
