um yea it is, tons of people have completed that quest. just gotta clear the whole zone. quest update is a clicky if i remember right

I know the quest is, I completed it, grants access. But where is the zone to in? Am I missing something?

The room with the last name IS the vault of the dragon slayer. You do the quest to access that room.
