True that, mob needs to be dropped through the grate to win this fight. Only thing is that it seems this can still bug very easily. When damage nearly stops at 25%, and pulling to the grate he must have hit it over a dozen times and not once did we get a message that he "shattered" the lock. Can anyone verify please if they are encountering this and if there is still two messages.. one that says shattered and one that says scratches and if it is still only shown to one player in the raid?

I dunno this guy is pretty easy imo. Melee on the grate. Casters ranging with the other healers. I was one of the World Class Healers in the mt group. And templars and inq actually read their aa lines they never have to worry about his stifle. I just left that trauma on me the whole time and casted fine. You just make a hot bar with like 6 trauma macros for the healers name and do the group cure trauma healers first which if your smart are wardens,defilers and temps. I dunno i cured all the healers so it was easy cuz i'm World Class. And if hes squirming around that much get better tanks.

great posting.... not. you completely missed the point and also failed to post believable things.

- clerics respeccing to STR is a waste of cash/respec-cards
- no healer should ever get stiffled unless PB axes the DDs
- even with steadfast you would cure the trauma from yourself if youd be clever because itll interrupt you every other second until cured.

- i answered a PM from sharp and wanted to sum up the content:

i dont recall the fight in every detail, but the basic line was like this:

- nuked to 1%, PB healed to 18%
- again to1% --> 18%
- moved him to the grate
- he did his axe 4 times then: 2 got scratch-messages, 1 did not produce any message and the last i dont know anymore. after the last someone said its open and flipped the switch

ps: no need for fucking cure macros, use the raidwindow-clickbuttons ffs

This entire encounter was gimpified. The AE Stifle/Daze isn't even an issue anymore compared to what it used to be. It was going off less and hitting less people. So you have to move him to the grate now, how dumb of a script is that and how likely are we to get the chest stuck down there?

Not disagreeing that its a retarded script, but to help ease youre mind, everytime I have killed this mob, we used the grate and the chest has always popped on the person who threw the switch.

hey retard I dont need to cure trauma on myself cuz steadfast works constantly as long as you dont move. I can cast thru that stifle all god damn day. Problem with you is you are now just doing this mob and most of us did it way back when the expansion first came out before they made shit easier for you.
