So I might be able to conclude that if avatars on PvE match the ones on PvP, then it's in the best interest of PvP to deduct difficulty from the avatars to compensate for the PvP interference factor, otherwise they'd never get killed. Right or wrong?

pvp isn't really that much harder, it's a lot more involving, but that's about it. There is 0 debt no matter what kills you, and pvp ends up being more about ganking than actual pvp.

with that being said, I really don't mind it.

All of those things listed have nothing to do with avatar fights.

Couple of ways I can think of:

1. Have a second group/raid ready to gank anyone trying to gank someone in the main raid.

2. Wait till the server population dies down a bit, Early mornings and Day time, and go for the contested then. With pretty much the same thing as above, having a group to fend off any possible interference.

Then it's just just a normal PvE fight

or because ganking each other for months on the same mob is getting old pretty fast and ppl just stop bothering at some point.
and I will say it again, even 2 full raids wont save you on avatar fight if another guild decides to gank you (assuming they are good raiders, not some noobs).

It is harder, im not saying its impossible im saying there is an added element that does add some difficultly, its not game breaking and im sure avatsrs will be killed again this expansion.
