If the Avatars were the same encounter as in EoF just buffed multiple levels would you still want play EQ2 after they are released? I mean, I've been thinking about it, and I keep hearing about how the Avatars will be the same encounter with maybe a slight change here and there. But would you really want to stick it out if you had already fought the same exact mobs the last expansion?

I mean, I know I wouldn't. So let's see how many people feel the same way!

If I still raided I would quit. Something like that would be a huge slap in the face, and make you wonder what exactly were they doing with the 10+ months of development time for (B)RoK(en). Hell, epics were tauted as big part of this expansion to draw people in, and they aren't even finished yet. Something like this would not surprise me in the least. Who would want spend another year farming virtually identical content from the last expansion?

Prolly not, though i doubt ill ever hold a spot in a Avatar Farming guild... Im pretty sure id quit. All it says is they dont give a fuck about the community that still gives a damn enough to play the game religiously.

Bullshit poll aside, if the avatars were the same it would not affect me since we only target instanced content. Are you after actual figure here or are you just making a point?

Well I bet 90% of the people that say they would quit will back out at crunch time, that's how it all ways is. I'm suprised some of you guys still play this game for hardcore raiding, it's a fucking joke and all ways has been.

I'd say you guys are pretty much morons for sticking around this long, especially after the 1% of 1% comments and the obvious lack of emphasis on contested content.

If you are expecting something other than 3 entirely new avatars, and retooled existing avatars all with new loot tables, you must have been really optimistic.

Ive posted this before, if they leave avatars the same its a slap in the face to EVERY raider not just high end raiders.

It would suck, but honestly, it's not enough to make me quit.

This reminds me of the idea of raising the lvl of all the old tier contested mobs to present tier. Makes me wonder that if they did not bump up the lvl of the avatars, would we have new contesteds at all?
