Strat:
1. Everyone is in charge of curing their own arcane debuffs except the MT. We found that having healers cure everyone of this debuff uses to much needed mana.
2. Coffin group is in charge of grabbing and burning adds, does extra DPS when able in between.
3. Anyone who needs to melee for DPS jousts out to avoid healing AOE form Mayong, MT stays.

Problems:
1. We typically can get him to around 30-40 percent before we run into a problem.
A. The Coffin group is out of mana and adds go nuts and start killing healers.
First time I did Mayong we had the same problem, second time he was dead. Think the problem is your positioning of mayong and your healers are too close. We had 3 healers in MT group and 1-2 people constantly feeding them power while they were using manastone, roots, power pots, etc. The key is too make sure your healers have power and they don't get hit with Soul Paralysis.

Soul Paralysis is the one that you want to avoid at all costs. The stun is uncureable and the damage people take is strain on the healers. If the healers get hit, you've dug yourself a hole. Make sure you avoid it.

For the adds we had a Paladin put Amends on a Warlock and the Warlock would grab the adds with his AoE and the Paladin would grab aggro. They stood on the wooden landing in view of the healers who were by the Coffin. @ 80, 1 healer for these guys is plenty since they don't hit hard. Basically keep all your healers on the MT and then spot in case the Paladin needs some heals, but then again he's a Paladin.

The DPS stood slightly in between the Paladin/Warlock and the healers against the backwall where they would joust too. Then when adds were up they cut them down and then went back to Mayong.

Another issue is the adds which I believe they pop every 30 seconds so you want to watch for that as well. If you got your DPS in and the adds pop, stun them and then Mayong uses an AoE. Your going to have issues. That's what got us the first wipe.

Also at some point the MT would get Charmed which lead to mayong running back to the DPS group. It happened at around 50%, not exactly sure since I didn't pay attention and we recovered quickly. Just make sure you get mayong away from the healers and you'll be fine.

Use cure potions... Their cheap.. and mana free.. all your mana problems disappear when you start using them during that fight..

Jeez - Why does everyone complicate this fight so much? Healers here , dps there , adds there - bollox!

See how Mayong is positioned? In front of the MT beside the coffin where the tank has his back to the raid. This gives an extra few meters and helps reduce the power drain. (yeah, scouts run further when arse finding but no big deal)

Make sure that all the dps stands in front of the healers. The Soul Paralysis has a stun/stifle effect (cannot remember which) but it has a max number of players it can do it too.

Summary

Melee clases joust the AEs - 10 second warnings in case stunned when called out
Temp pets can be used
Have your own means to cure Arcane - Potions or spell
Mana Shroud would help
Everyone burn the adds down fast. Only 1 drige, 1 brigand and 1 swashy on the named at all times (except when jousting)
Cure what you can cure fast. Anything curable has a power drain on it.
Keep all group wards/reactives/HoTs refreshed when BoEN and Mayon'gs touch are due.
Use AE blockers when BoEN is due whenever possible. Your druids can take tortoise shell and block every second BOeN. Clerics also have 1.5 min AE immunity for one person on the AGI. Bladedance is crap , lose it. Blocking every second BoEN means less power drain.

Your summary should have been this (after reading your first line):
DPS
Debuff
Kill Adds
Joust AE's
Cure fast.
Get MM's HP to 0
Dont suck.

Having troubadour in raid with AA-line arcane ward, which is raidwide helps alot too on Blanket powerdrain, he can increase the ward amount by using +heals adorments on neck and hands items at least, so if he dont want to fak up his maingear adorn his backup pieces with heal adorments for guild cost...
