Wow, we actually struggled to kill the MO this afternoon after servers came up. I cant even imagine the matron right now....

They are rather difficult it seems, especially oranges /w aoe's.

Did lag play a role Ish? It's normally laggy as hail post expansion which leads to lag on encounter, etc.

No laggier than normal as far as i could tell. Just that aggro seems to be less....precise and tanks take more damage.

tried matron twice. wiped to the second mob twice. gave up afterwards.

But we were already pissed off from getting bugged in the clockwork factory, wiping to princes 2 times (killed 3rd try) and other annoying stuff with raid mobs.

Healers were using like 2-3 times as much power as they used to and for us, we never killed the matron before, this doesn't seem possible atm.

remember how they said that being one-shotted by epics was a very un-fun experience for mages?

wonder how they felt that tanks being 3-shot by a heroic was any more "fun"...?

i've been virtually spam-healing every fight so far.... not fun. i haven't done much so far. solo healed for the sol ro thing in the oratorium in SE and then ran around and helped someone working on brell. too much spamming, still...

Bitch because stuff is too easy; bitch because it’s too hard.

I feel this is SoE ways of putting in "progression”. Looks like everyone will have to get their 50aa, new resist gear, and try just a wee bit harder.

I am sure in time everyone will adjust to the new combat changes.

eh, I know progression is a big deal, Im all for it.


WE did cheldrak last night, beat it. It was noticelbly different.
Maybe we were just all suckin ass.
