It seems like so many of the legendary and fabled drops are no-trade, making them unuseable for transmutes for now. Hopefully they'll make some changes to that consignment/trade window to use no-trades and attuned. Legendary items from some of these instances are lesser quality then treasured in Castle Mistmoore. Just seemed weird to me in some cases.
