When we took down Overking for the first time you could tell the feeling of accomplishment, all those wipes & work you put into learning the strat & finally all that misery forgotten with the kill you've been waiting for! Taking down a named in VP first pull shouldn't happen, I've been disappointed with VP so far after it was building up nicely at the final namers of T2. You go from expecting high repair bills & needing to make money to cover the costs to coming out making profit from the cash rewards of the chests... go figure.

There is nothing hard about Ekron. The only thing annoying about that encounter is the number of crashes in his area. If you take away the performance issues, you make that encounter as easy as any other in the wing. I don't want this encounter beefed up unless they fix the crashing in that area, then feel free to tweak.

elevator after taskmaster should be fixed too... nothing hard there except for if you rez someone, then it gets interesting.

All i have to say is that if VP is in any way involved in epics, and it deffintly shoudl be, it needs to be buffed. Unless of course the plan all along was to save the bitching of nerfing the zone later, lets use mmis mayong as an example, so that any casual guild will eventually be holding their epic.
As far as the OP kluzens post about wingbeat, learn to fucking joust. I refused to read anymore after your first request is to make any of the mobs in the zone easier. Serisouly, wtf scrub, buy a clue.

Read my post. I'm not asking to make any of the mobs in this zone easier. Having 8 million hitpoints and an 80 second AE alone to joust is NOT enough to make a mob fun.
