EDIT - And I dont owe an apology. If you read, my question was addressed to CL as a whole. As a whole the guild did get their lockout reset. It was not addressed to one of the slackassess who didnt attend raids.

Actually the parses are not edited =p. They are also not manipulated such that it measures exit DPS. So indeed, Ishbu did somehow manage to get 1200 dps on Matron from start to finish =p.
