Does anyone know the level ranges for Clockwork Menace Factory, Freethinkers Hideout, and Stormguard Hall. Also does anyone know what zone StH is off of?

Freethinker's Hideout, Level 70, Chel'Drak+ Difficulty
Inner Sanctum of Mayong Mistmoore, Level 70, even higher difficulty.
Emerald Halls, level 70, the top instance raid difficulty.
Pumpkin Headed Horseman in Loping Plains, Level 70, contested difficulty.
Avatars, Various zones, level 70, contested difficulty.

There is no Stormguard Hall raid zone, however there is a Stormguard Hall in Kaladim.
