Re: Kodux/Zarda
We can do them easily this way:
Melee heavy groups (1 & 2) move about halfway down the north hallway, caster heavy groups (3 & 4) move a column into the south hallway.
Make sure group 3 has a tank (duh) healer support and a dirge (with Mag note). Group one is your MT group so they should already have all that. Pull Kodux to the south and Zarda to the north.
We run this raid with 6 healers. Designate the extra healer in groups 1 & 2 to be a "person died on our side rezzer" and designate the extra healer in groups 3 & 4 to be a "person died on your side rezzer".
As you know the mobs port people. Everyone has to pay attention to Vent and listen to the MT and the OT. When the mob switches targets that is the person they ported. So the MT or OT needs to tell that person to run north or south. Tell your people that this is the most important thing. Do not run the wrong way. With the mobs SO far apart your people have time to look at their compass and run the correct way.
IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THAT PERSON WAS FIGHTING IN THE NORTH. IF THEY ARE TOLD TO RUN SOUTH THEN THEIR RETARDED ASS NEEDS TO RUN SOUTH. This seems to be the hardest comcept for people to grasp. So I put it in bold.
Also with the mobs being tanked so far apart, people will die. Who cares. You have the extra "died on my side rezzer" so use them.
Dirges should have Mag note and use it when it's needed. Paladins have holy ground. Use it. Use rescue, use recapture, use thought snap, use peel, use it all. Keep the mobs apart.
