Telling 75% of your raiders they don't deserve mythicals and making VP too hard for them to even clear the first floor is a sure way to kill EQ2's raid game.

Just saying.

Avatars, Tangrin and Trakanon exist for a reason. What you're asking for would kill EQ2 raiding and then some.
