Equal rights is an uphill struggle, and if the man won't acknowledge my right to be on that list a separate list is required I guess

The rules of the list are simple. Top 10 guilds to do something get on it. If you aren't in the top 10, you don't make the list. You have the right to be on the list, if you can clear SoH before 3 other guilds can, you will be on the list.
Nobody but yourself is stopping you from gaining access to the list.

The russian server has no transfers, thus we hawe the same "limit" as your PvP servers, but still, we are not behind in progression anyhow. And when we started playing eq2 less than 2 years ago, no one of us did know anything about raiding or eq1-eq2 at all. Maybe a few played casual on euro servers. Its all about what people you gather in your guild - yes people not players. You can make a good raider out of anyone with even zero experience if he is not a retard and has an interest in playing that game.
