Yah pretty much. Would rather have 5% block, than 15% Shield Effectiveness.

Also, serious question, does nobody care about Tangrin so they're just leaving it up? Because this is getting seriously annoying having it sit up on most servers and on nights where nothing is up I have nothing to watch in my spare time
