Games in which this mechanic works well have these fancy things called instant cast spells. With the exception of, like, emergency heals and CA's (since movement doesn't interrupt those) instant cast spells are pretty much non-existant in EQ2.

I was referring to Strike getting 2 items, wondering if it was a change since they killed.
