Newsflash: Just because an encounter is easy and supposed to be easy doesnt mean it isnt fun.

Is that really the only way to get around it? We can survive that aoe once, but its when he uses it for a second time in 40 or so seconds that it rapes us. Wondering if we're missing something...

Same with us. We were wondering if it was a health tap, so not getting hit with the aoe would reduce the healing amount. That's a hunch we were going to work on next time we fought him.

Anyways, I have another question. If you'd never done Chel'drak would you go back and do him now? We only tried Chel'drak once and only got 2 pulls because people kept aggroing him while we were setting up lol. Anyways, with the quality of his loot, is he easier or harder then FTH and MiS?

in my own personal opinion, he is harder than the first 2 named in Mis and the first named in FTH. Easier than the rest. But considering that he takes like 30min to do, it's good raid to do for raid forces with limited time, just because once you figure him out, you can farm him without spending too much time.

Oh I know exactly what all his aoe's do, we fought him a couple times and I checked logs, and then I finally screenshotted all of his aoe's, including the one at 5%. So I know what they do and a relative range, I am just wondering if there is something we're missing, some way of making sure he doesn't do it once or more than once? I can't see us surviving more than one of those in less than a minute.

Honestly, the Labs named had more thought put into them than the first four named in MiM. Really needs to be revamped.

As for the armorer and Mayong, I don't have that much experience. However, from the one attempt we put into Armorer, it seems like a duplicate of the second named in FTH, though I don't know if we did the 'cool' strategy for that one, either. But hell, was it funny.

Emerald Halls is interesting, but I personally dislike how open it is. The difficulty, in my opinion, is far too low compared to its position in the EoF progression, but we'll see.

Menace is fun to learn, but obviously far too easy. It's not even a raid zone, at that.

Freethinkers seems to be appropriate difficulty, it's just the later ones that need to be revamped, especially the MiM named.
