No it's not. You don't have to use those god abilities on Nexona after all. You could just use it on the adds to kill them down faster, so you can have spare-time to kill the heroics.

If Onyx is to be believed, we round up 24 incinerates and do a 5 second countdown at 45%, and the mob is dead. I don't mean to drag PvP drama into this, but taking a few days to figure out the Milyex pull strat must have gotten them to think outside the box. |

You of all people know how things were in MMIS with Qeynos classes only and maybe 14-15 people showing up at most per night. We did use incinerates to make up for no dispatch, a missing 4th group and no hartwood stakes. Then again, raiding on city side you have to be a bit more creative and not immediately declare something impossible. |

We actually made a conscious choice not to pull it across the bridge to avoid the adds.
We knew you could pull it and we also knew it was an easy kill doing that, but we decided against it.
I'm personally sort of regretting it, but I know once we kill this version legitimately, it will be worth it. That or they'll nerf it and we'll just be happy to get our mythicals... |
