I'm not an end raider, however, I do raid. IMO, I believe that if ANY mob is 100% random at what it does (spells, hits, ect), the encounters will be more of the challenge everyone is looking for.

There wouldn't be any true-to-form strat; it'd be "It does this and that randomly. Be prepared for anything."
