Things to remove:

Stand still or die (QFE!!)
VISION (Gayest thing ever...invis adds that you swing at and cannot even see? Come on. That''s not fun. We wanna see shit die, duh)
Reactive Stifles that proc closer to 60% of the time than 10% (that's incredibly stupid. Flame isn't hard, but your group dies if you use a group spell....hmmm)
AEs that one shot the raid. There is no challenge to that....people will just find ways to not get hit by them at all. This doesn't make it harder, it makes it easier. Give the AEs an impossibly huge range and less damage so people have to heal through them. Crazy idea.
CLICKIES that take people out of the fight. Lots of ideas are out there to change these. Please listen to them.

I could go on for hours. Anyhow, the game really isn't bad, just so many things need to be fixed and the community seems to think they are minor fixes but we're getting ignored. Why?

Things like charm should not happen to the person the mob is targeting on avatars etc...

Some degree of "randomness" must remain, otherwise it becomes WoW where you can time every single thing a mob does down to the second. That's not fun nor is it challenging.

However, random charms of your MT group, 1 shots of your MT, etc...that stuff is just stupid. Random "vision" is beyond idiotic.

More than anything what holds back raid mob design is game mechanics. That isn't an excuse to put in move or get raped shit though.
