If anyone needs to step down its Lyndro and anyone above him for letting the expansion suck as whole. With all the problems of this expansion you don't go looking for the 1 designer, you go after the person was supposed to be in charge of all the designers. The one who was supposed to balance risk vrs reward, give the other designers direction, and maintain the overall constancy. There are tons of threads here about everything that is wrong with the expansion from raid encounters, to loot, to the level grind being about quest, to the epics delayed for so long, to a boatload of broken mechanics. In my opinion the blame rest with Lyndro. Lyndro may have been a great designer, but i think he is an utter failure in management.
Dont replace rodger, replace the person who shoulda said"rodger your using this mechanic to much," the person who shoulda said "fyreflyte why is some of the heroic gear better then the raid gear'" The person who shoulda said "is questing the only way to lvl," and the person who shoulda said "Feconix dont you think VP is little to easy?"

I respect your opinion a lot ballads, but don't you think the "Impossible/Frustratingly stupid/hard" approach is inappropriate for
contested content?
I think all the fun in contested is not knowing whos going to kill it. Right now the answer is either 1 guild, or noone at all. That just doesn't cut it.
I mean, I'm in a guild that can kill these mobs, but I feel for those people that aren't.
Plus, the more people that can kill a mob, the more time can be justified being invested into them.
When did contested turn from average difficulty (tier5/6/7) to impossible?
I guess Avatars have to have an innate higher "epicness", but I think the simple concept of fun weighs in greater than lore in this case.
