i don't think as a zerker it would be easy to drag them that far and keep them grouped up at the same time. it would probably work for an SK or pally but a zerk group taunt and our 1 encounter AE doesn't always cut the mustard while trying to move. can be difficult enough getting the ones from the far side of the room who move through the MT group off of them if their aggro gets established quick enough.

If you're all stacked in the one corner where both Selrach and the adds are being tanked, you won't have any issues moving them as they will come to you.

Personally I like the moving idea as it cuts down on the stuns/stifles MT healers have to worry about. It also gives a little extra time on the draughts if one of them is sneaky.

i agree, it seems sometimes one or 2 adds picks a healer from time to time and each group has different effects associated. 1 healer being stunned at the wrong time while the tank gets DA for 15k can turn ugly real fast.

We are doing it like this, but still getting ported.

I think we know almost the whole tactic and we do not have any problem until the Overking is around 30%. At 30% our problems starts. If we split our dps between adds and draughts, raid dps'ers have very short time to do the dmg to the Overking. Draughts are porting us and the ported person is killed immediately (we use monk, but the other person who manage the second one is getting killed). Overking is healed himself and - as I said - our low dps is enough to make only +- the damage, for which he healed himself. We are stuck between 30-20% for too long (cca 5 minutes), then we wipe, because something goes wrong (different reasons).

There's no need to assign anyone to draughts, they have like 2hp. Have your add dps just pick them off in 2 seconds. We focus all scouts on Selrach and all mages on adds, with the exception of our SK tanking adds and swash ae'ing adds as well.

guys do you have so many stuns/stifles on this mob? I personally have problem with this issue.


draughts has around 20k hp as one of our mages told me, it is not douable in one shot kill.
