i've never had the dot myself (i'm OTing on glimmers - a very special kind of fun i tell you), but i'm told there are two different noxious dots - one that hits for approx 2,5k a tick which is of course no problem, and another one doing 7k+ instantly and like 4k per tick - this one is killing our dps. i asked healers and they told me they wasn't even be able to cure themselves, even shamans who had all resists over 12k.
i'd really appreciate some input. we've been on nexona for two weeks and are now consistently getting her down to 45%, then BAM - all dps on nexona dead.

Your healers suck. There's only 1 noxious dot.

I still think about 60% of raiders in your average raid guild don't even know what a detrimental window is.

ok ok, so you bashed me. well, that's not exactly what i asked for, but, hey, you had your fix, now how about posting something helpfull?

unfortunately, nobody lived long enough with this thing on to click the effect and read the description (i DID ask), but ACT shows two different sources of damage - thats for sure.
pehaps it's some new kind of crap that kills us? something that came with latest patch with its new damage source? is there anybody here who killed nexona, like, yestoday - did you notice anything new?

That is just a bad excuse, IMO. I, a Swashbuckler, have time enough to cure that on myself.

Sure, it hit for like 6k and 4k every 2 second or so, but that is enough time to cure it.
Tell your DPS to wake the fuck up and cure themselves if your healers are slow.

We killed it Sunday, nothing new.
There is one noxious DoT that hits one person at the time. Since you mentioned the time of the adds popping... is it a trauma DoT maybe because the drakes are loose?

the DPS that are dying are mages I assume. Just have the mages on the x2 adds instead and only scout dps on Nexona, they'll survive it better.

okay, we are doing Nexona for about two weeks, with tons of pulls, but still stuck at 9X%.

we have one bru on top harvesting 3 spots, and one at the middle, another in the tunnel.

we have a guy keep watching the adds pop and kill rate to tell the harvesters when to click the shinnies.

we have 2 grps doing 2 Iksars in 20 secs when Nexona inc, and kill the down middle one after that, then we do the adds.

Although we did these almost perfect, we still got 1 dps instant dead when he's on Nexona, and the worst of is that we can't even let Nexona down to 98% after 5 mins.

we tried lots of times, and it's all the same. inc -> 5 mins later -> too much adds or too much ppl dead. until last time we tried, we've almost 2 grps dead, and 3 adds in the middle, but strangly we got him to 93% with no healing, couldn't figure out what happend and did we missed something?

We havent done her quite yet either but it sounds like you are having somewhat the same problem we were at the start. It sounds like you are getting too backed up with the adds from the start having to burn down those statues at the beginning. We skip one statue just so we do not get backed up on adds. The mage group only kills one statue and then goes help the OT group kill adds. Yes having a statue kinda sucks because at 90% she will heal to 100% but it sure beats getting behind on the adds. Another problem I am seeing is you are trying to time when to pop the adds we did this at first and that is just delaying them. You need them coming at you right when they pop because you need them dead fast or bad stuff can happen. Instead of directing when to pop the shinnies just pop them and call out where they are coming from so that the OT can taunt them.
