Re: Nexona...question perhaps?
Are you still pulling her up top? Or did you move the pull spot down below?

Re: Nexona...question perhaps?
Tried a few things, but inevitably moved Nex down below. We had no more pathing issues there.

Re: Nexona...question perhaps?
we finally got Nexona down, so i thought i'd post our observations here as i see other people are having problems similar to those we had (and to offset numerous "joo suckz, stupid fuk" replies which - obviously - aren't very heplfull).
so, about the dot:
1. if ACT is giving us correct information, that crap kills anybody (save MT group members who stand heavily warded most of the time) in 2 seconds. it's like 7k+ instantly and additional 4k every second after. if you can cure it you are uber - we can't.
2. it seems it only hits those who damaged nexona, so have all your pets and swarms on her whenever possible to maximize the chances of this dot hitting one of those.
3. make sure important people don't touch nexona at all - that includes OT, his/her healer(s) and enchanter(s) going to mezz heroic drakes.
4. have somebody ready to switch from glimmers to nexona to prevent mana-drain in case one of dps-ers going down. we used MT group + an assasin and a swashbuckler as our designated dps and a ranger and a brigand ready to back them up.
edit: typo's

Re: Nexona...question perhaps?
thx guys.
We're going to try these today, and we've already knew Nexona will goes to the peep who hit statue, so we use a shm pet to pull him down to the corner. When our MT got the target, we starts to kill the specimens.
I think our problem is lack of dps, cuz we could only handle the adds for about 5 mins, after that, it's a boom..., too many of them. And btw, thx for the advice for getting more closer with off tank, our OT grp always running around and let the adds spread out.

Don't wait on the MT. As soon as the shammy dog or templar hammer hits Nexona everyone will see the little combat x pop on them. As soon as they see it start blowing up the specimens. Any type of hesitation is lost time that will get you further behind.
Another thing that can help if you run a Fury in your mage group is making good use of Cheetah. Put them on a top level speciman then Cheetah run speed down to the bottom. Other groups can kill other bottom and center bottom.
Haven't read anyone else mention this pull spot but I like killing Nex out in the hallway. Anyone in the adds group can cover the two hallway shinies and any other x2's and drakes funnel down into the adds group. OT has very little running around and drakes pop out nice and easy for the mezzers.

Sorta sounds like you are backed up before you even are finished with the statues and it is just spilling over. What we do is we dont even bother killing all the statues we leave one for nex to suck up at 90%.
We have mage group on left side scout group up right and OT group straight in. OT group and mage group gets done with theres and starts buring the adds down in the right place while the scout group goes and kills another statue then come join the fray on the adds/nex depending on class.... Of course at 90% nex will suck up that last statue and go back to 100% but thats np we are easily maitaining the adds and burning them down quickly.

Re: Nexona...question perhaps?
Anything change on this mob? We normally first pull Nexona and for some people a ton of people were getting hit with necrotic rot, not standing too close either. Also, when the adds were up Nexona seemed to be healing for a ton, I don't remember this happening before.

Re: Nexona...question perhaps?
Well siphon breathe was going off within 10 second intervals with the adds up and mezz'd at range, as soon as they all died siphon breathe was non exsistent. And necrotic rot was decimating the raid only while adds where up, and when i went through the parse the wed before, no one but myself and maybe 2 others were hit with necrotic rot.
Not saying something was changed, but from pulling every week something was not right, or the same i should say. Pull position and placement, with raid placement was identical.
