While Pitty exaggerated how quickly the adds spawn, I don't think what he said feels far off the mark. When you are struggling with an encounter bad things seems to happen faster and good things slower.
The problem I forsee for a lot of guilds is that even after they learn the encounter they will still not be able to beat this encounter. Whether it be through dps too low on specimens/x2 adds etc or a less focused raid force not being able to avoid making a mistake in the 10+ minutes it takes to kill Nexona with the low dps requirement.
Now you could argue that a guild that can't focus for that long or put out high burst dps shouldn't be in VP to begin with. The sad fact is that with the difficulty SOE set with T3, if you could defeat VS and OK, Levi was a cakewalk as was most of VP. Along comes LU 42 and they raise the bar on Levi and totally upgrade Nexona and Druushk (sp).
For those compotent raid guilds that aren't quite endgame its nothing more than a rather obvious roadbloack to mythical epics. If Nexona/ Druushk could be bypassed many guilds that fail these encounters would do quite well on 2nd and 3rd floors.
So pretty much you rock up every week, kill Elder Ekron and Kluzen the Protector, bounce off Nexona a few times, get bored and or discouraged and move on.
I have seen quite a few decent raiding guilds now struggling for raid night attendance due to frustration with these "cop this" encounters from the devs.
If VP was meant as a raid zone that only the top raid guilds on each server could gain access too let alone complete, they should of fixed it before easy mode T3 granted access.
Sorry for the long read but at least I tried to use punctuation and not endless paragraphs.
