I'll give you one good reason why you'll never see this.

1. It's a good idea, quite possibly one the the best suggestions on desired game-changes I've heard in a long time... therefore the devs will reject it immediately on the grounds that it's a sound idea which carries logic that people can benefit from.

You dont seriously believe it was time consuming to make the Arasai after the Fae were already in game? Hell, they just got some different wings and hairdoes, is all. Copy & Paste ftw. If the model by itself isn't new, it's easy and fast to implement. Just some new textures, colors, done.
