He's doable with a group noxious cure and healers on top of their shit, but its still a pain in the ass with no timer for the AE and the dps feared all over hell.

I have the timer at 42 secs (which i had before the fix of the fix of the fix) some times you get a little over run or the warning pings and ae follows straight away but most of the time it's just about spot on.

TBH though if everyones awake and has pots in their hotbar (which they should have anyway) then calling the AE isn't essential anyway.

His fear last 5 secs and Infusion has 10 secs to be cured before fatalisis. Stifle isn't anywhere near as often and usually hits between Infusion anyway, there is more than enough time to cure yourself if you are out of range.

That is not correct, or at least not from what we witnessed last night. The noxious ranged from 7 seconds to 88 seconds. The time between the noxious and fatalis was really predictable at 5 seconds, and if it hit, drained all your power. The randomness of the spell timer is extremely frustrating.

lol.. I had 30 secs.. ACT said 27 secs and another guildie decided 35 secs.. Sometimes I was right and sometimes she was right. Then sometimes it was going off at like 45 secs as far as 75 secs. Total clusterfuck timer but still very doable mob now. Fatalisis wiped us once even after we were cured /shrug and one time VS just reset out of nowhere.

Yeah this is exactly what we encountered infusion completly random and 5 seconds after this fatalis ...

The big hit / big power drain on fatalis hit with not cured infusion left no time to react or counter the drain.

Combine this with the fact that VS occasionally cast a posion ae which also adds an impairment which can "eat a cure" this fight is not really fun anymore ... the complete random timer is so frustrating...

I noticed the timer fluctuating too. It seems near 30 seconds but he is much more likely to get stunned now it seems while casting nox. Avoiding stuns around the call made our timer more accurate. Question is wether or not having a shorter predictable timer or a longer unpredictable timer suits you.

Definitely much easier to straight burn now without worrying about getting the nox cured off of feared people.

Venril has gotten more difficult because of the "fix" for us, but I cannot find any logical reason for it. Either we've gotten dumber, or what....

Last night we saw an overabundance of noxious impairments on us from Venril which were not Toxic Infusion: Poison Cloud and Stop Breath. These are AOEs as well and can land on the whole group, or parts of it. They trick the nox curers into wasting their group cure, or are eating the group cure so that Toxic Infusion doesn't get cured. This fight is stupid enough, and letting Venril cast more nox impairments is bullshit. This is in no acceptable difficulty range campared to the Overking.. ffs, it's a stupid T2 boss, not T4.

They changed Fatalisis so that it doesn't hit the entire raid for high damage anymore if Toxic Infusion isn't cured, but only the person(s) with Toxic on them. This helps in no way toward forgiving a single mistake... the person is hit anyway with high health+power damage, and will spawn one of those unstoppable adds. So the raid wipes anyway. The only thing this change helps with is that you now see exactly which person(s) weren't cured properly.

Adding to that, you have the statue clicking bullshit, which, from my experience, can bug for no reason, and then it's an unavoidable wipe. Anyway, all this bullshit doesn't explain why Venril has gotten harder to kill for us.

O rly, fuckwit. Stop Breath and Poison Cloud are level 1 and level 2 warlock spells. So unless our warlock is using his level 1 and level 2 spells, this is from Venril.

Nice try looking smart. Try harder.

Yep, your group nox healers need to look at what they're curing. Save the group cure for Toxic Infusion and single cure all those reflected warlock spells
