No content released outside of a full expansion that includes a new playable race should be easier than any current content.
Any raid zones should be > VP in difficulty and loot
Any dungeons should be > well, Maiden's I suppose.

If they are going to continue focusing raiding on instances and not contested, and continue spending 1/3+ of new expansion releases on newbie content with the desperate hope that people will be enticed over from other games, then any content released in between expansions should be focused on the needs and desires of the current players, a~la the asian themed pack I can never remember the name of.

Just the ramblings of a wizard who hasn't cleared T2 yet, but has no desire to download Shard of Lootpinata.

that is seriously myopic IMO. basically you are saying any new content should be enjoyed by less than 2% of the playerbase.

I think the other guy is on the right track...

As you get gear from Maiden's and from Vp etc, you shouldn't be finished, you should be able to find stuff more difficult to do.

Progression...

Nope. The problem is not difficulty, it is shitty itemization VP offers. If there is player loss at the ultra high end because people who have killed Trak are unsub'ing that is numerically insignificant to the vast number of people who unsub after grinding to 80 with no new heroic or solo content applicable. Make raiding more accessible, period. That IS the only way to move forward successfully.

No one aside from maybe 2-3% of the playerbase is chasing carrots OR cocks so your cute blurb is immaterial.

Seriously, your answer is more fucked up content that the NPUs of the game need email strats to down? No and I repeat my comment that the ultra high end playerbase is being myopic to their own detriment.
