They should be treated as they truly are, a live server test guild, not allowed on any progression list and discos wiped from records since strats were spoon fed. Credibility should be heavily debated, they do have insider ties which could help with getting adjustments to encounters and gear but since they are denying (lying) about everything can the information they relay be trusted.

Im sure they are not allowed to say they are a part of any private test. So them being a part of any private test will never be "official".

Honestly who cares, they put the time in to help test, they are successful on live and thats their reward really. They are testing content to help ensure its playable on release (even though yes bugs do get out) for the rest of the community.

I would think if they are bragging about their accomplishments then thats a bit ridiculous because well, yes, they have the advantage but thats their own deal, we dont have to read it.

This is what gaming companies do now to save some money and get some practical testing in. Most QA dont even play the game they are working on and really have no clue as to what truly works as well as people that raid 7 days a week, and have practical experience in game.

Anyway, you missed the issue. No guild, especially a "top WW" guild, needs internal QA notes to test a raid encounter. That goes way above and beyond what 95% of the other guilds have either in testing or in live. The release of that information to a competitive guild, and any use of that information by that guild, is corrupt.

Yet it is stiffly clear that their suck-cess is full of taint, and they should have the balls to admit they blew it. Their WW1 claims are meaningless now that we know they had insider info fed to them directly by a SOE employee. Dress it up as they might, their excuses are hard to swallow.
