With all the discussion going on about how Sony has no ideas left for interesting raid encounters, I thought I'd suggest some new ideas to break thru the cycle of copy&paste.

The Demonic Bovine Master of Fleet Street (84x4)

• beating this mob gives Bovine Master Strike
• beating this mob gives Title: Destroyer of Bovines
• this mob always drops one of each T8 crafting rare and five random Ancient Teaching masters
• drops Mount: Demonic Bovine Ghost Runner, 66.6% run speed, runs backwards when you press forward, can only turn left, not right
• drops Recipe: Milkshake Supreme (+200 to all stats, can only be crafted while in battle with the Demonic Bovine Master)
• drops Recipe: Blood-Dripping Steak (turns female characters into male characters; causes male characters to /flex and utter chauvinistic lines in /shout every 60 seconds)
• mythical weapons on any player in raid cause the boss to break the weapons over his knee and hand you back a broken version; the repair takes 15 silicate loams

1. This mob is located in Qeynos Harbor, standing right next to Sprockfuddle in the hidden sewers, bitching about the high taxes in Qeynos and how Freeport is sooo much better, and how Antonia Bayle's breasts are not natural (!!)
2. The Demonic Bovine Master must be tanked by a healer, since heals cause 50 points of aggro for 1 point of health healed.
3. If you die during this fight, you are ported to the lowest level of the Edgewater Drains. All your port spells are disabled, and your movement speed is set to -50%. These impairments will be lifted as soon as you reach an outdoor zone.
4. If you die during this fight, any time you die in the future, your corpse will be humped by 13 bovine predators. To balance this, each death results in an armor damage of 9% only. Hooray!
5. The Demonic Bovine Master casts an uncurable impairment on the raid called Mitigation Reversal: Negates all mitigation values, thus making it advisable to fight this boss naked
6. Every 30 seconds, The Demonic Bovine Master asks a Norrath LORE-related question, which the raid leader must answer in 15 seconds. If answered wrong, The Demonic Bovine Master posts the name of the raid leader in 70-79 chat and ridicules him or her publicly. Classical questions are: name one Thexian aristrocrat without apostrophe in his name / is the J'Rais bridge longer than the D'Abth bridge / How many skulls do you need to feed to the Guurok in Queen's Colony / why did the Avatar of Fear turn against the ogres in the battle at Freeport's gates / can you believe Vandis?
7. At 80% health, The Demonic Bovine Master casts one special AOE out of a collection of AOEs. The raid must undertake preemptive measures if they wish to prevent a wipe. The type of AOE used is influenced by the current weather, the daytime, the price of he cheapest wizard master on broker, the average guild level on the server, and most importantly, by the number of plat in the Goblin lottery. This is left to the raiders to figure out.
8. At 60% health, only the Qeynos guards in the zone can hurt The Demonic Bovine Master, so you need to drag him around Qeynos Harbour to amass enough guards on him till he reaches 50% health.
9. From being dragged around Qeynos, The Demonic Bovine Master gains a 360° AOE called Yummy Milk Explosion. Every affected player starts licking cream off other nearby players (acts like a stifle+daze until you moved away far enough). This AOE affects all players in zone.
10. At 40% health, Demonic Mold starts to grow on all players who have been hit by Yummy Milk Explosion. This is a DOT ticking every 5s, inflicting 5% health, power, gear condition, xp, money, and status point damage. Nearby players can be infected with Secondary Demonic Mold (effects halved). The DOT can be cured by setting yourself on fire (through a special Volatile Fluid that drops off Toxic Bog Slugs in The Peat Bog. Rare drop. Drops only at night. Drops only for level 3 defilers.)
11. At 30% health, an AOE named Udder Destruction hits the whole of Qeynos Harbour. Inflicts 12k Meat Damage (cannot be mitigated).
12. At 20% health, Overlord Lucan D'Lere shows up and joins The Demonic Bovine Master, attacking the raid fiercely. High frontal cone slashing damage and hilarious one-liners ensue. On the Lucan D'Lere server, D'Lere has better punchlines, some of them from the Monkey Island series.
13. At 10% health, Queen Antonia Bayle shows up and bans Lucan D'Lere from Qeynos. So from 20% to 10%, raid must burn at maximum speed because D'Lere has an autoattack of 50k per hit (all 10 seconds). On the Antonia Bayle server, the Queen rips out D'Lere's heart and chews on it. Then she gets naked and bathes in his blood. Parental Advisory is recommended.
14. At 5% health, the two smartest and the two dumbest (highest/lowest INT) raiders are charmed and join The Demonic Bovine Master in his demonic reign!
15. When The Demonic Bovine Master dies, all players in raid lose 5 AA points.
16. When The Demonic Bovine Master dies, all guardians in raid are turned to paladins or shadowknights, depending on their home town.
17. The Demonic Bovine Master, when he dies, picks two random gear items from the charmed players, multiplies their stats by 1.5, and drops them as mythical items.
18. After killing The Demonic Bovine Master, every player gains a random ability from another player. Favourites in the community are of course Dispel Magic, Possess Minion, Bind Wound, and the legendary Summon Food & Water.
19. After killing The Demonic Bovine Master, all players of the participating guild(s) will be attacked in Qeynos Harbour by Seargent Quackers (lvl 93x4 epic duck with 6 lvl 1vvv adds) for 2 weeks to come. You can distract Seargent Quackers by employing Ana's Mechanical Case.

If those aren't enough fresh new ideas! Anyways. Come up with your own stuff if you're as bored as I am ,p

edit. If this turns up in the game, I hope nobody feeds anybody any strats about it >.<
