Ok, it is roughly 9:00 pm on a Friday on one of the populated servers. There are three people in the zone including me, and one is AFK. Why?

I ask this both as a rhetorical question (zone design, quests, etc...) and as a practical one sense I have never xp'd in Steamfont.

The Time Line Series is rather short, or so it seems to me. In Shattered Lands TL series you had random updates on mobs that spawned with a chance of spawning as something else. And after a few days of others doing those quest, you wouldn't really have any of those mobs up so you had to slaughter the place to get them to spawn. I probably spent 30 minutes to 40 trying to get Lancer Wasp and Spearfish to spawn, as where in Steamfont, I just had to track them down and kill them.

Steamfont is great quest series, don't have much left to do there but can't solo it without my buddy since my dirge is just 37 and the ones left are 41+ Quest Lines.

It isn't a waste of time I don't think. Some good Achievement Experience to be had in there.

In my opinion, it's the most fun overlandzone atm. You can come at lvl 35, do the first line(s) of quests, hunt some solo nameds, then come back at lvl 40, continue, then again at about lvl 45. Plenty of quests, disco, nameds around and a great zone design.

Don't see anything wrong with zone except that considering the level range of the mobs (36-50) the map is too small.. quest timeline could give better rewards also.

I loved this zone leveling up my Illu, The quest lines were pretty fun and the storys they had were pretty cool. One of the few zones i did all the quest lines out of enjoying the quests rather then running them to level.
