Ahh, why doesn't that say Beneficial  I mean give it to a troubador, and just tell them, your DPS will suck, but all you have to do is spam 2 buffs the entire fight and you will be a healing machine!

Bet there's 3 robes, Enchanter, Summoner, and Sorceror Robe each with unique effects! Enchanter robe is interesting, but for the mob it drops off of, kind of weak.

it'd only proc off JC and perfection though
Well, it'd proc off casting buffs and such, but they are toggable and would have to cancel/re-apply to work.

No sir, you are forgetting 2 raid-wide buffs you have that have fairly short recasts. Arcane Tempo, Elemental Tempo, Arcane Tempo, CONTINUE THE CYCLE. GG HEAL PARSE!
