IMO that charm isn't much different than Bloodthirsty Choker. Amazing dps boost, lil cost attached along. But if your raid doesn't suck that lil cost should be minute. What is +800 threat when I drop 40k+ anyway =p

people bitched forever about how there were no charms worth a shit. I mean, +10 - 15 on stats and +50 was the best charms were doing, no raid obtained ones. Now they release a raid obtained charm worth a shit. I mean im glad they didn't release a charm and add +5% crit or +100 spell damage, some cliche stupid shit im almost capped on anyway. I'm all for risk vs reward items, makes raids improve to maintain a new standard of dps The only thing I think is whack is that this loot is owning contested loot. Considering a guild can practice this zone for eternity but getting the low-down on a contested and finally beating it is tougher with competition. Although, interestingly enuf from a mage perspective, I see a hat and charm. I don't think an avatar as ever held a mages interest in the hat and charm area, as I also don't think one mob source should have a full onslaught of gear for any glass. The top end gears should be a mixture from the top end sources of the game, IE. avatars, VP loot, trakanon, and now SoH.

Well, it isn't really that big of a downside on it honestly, 800 threat is like 800 damage. Just like fomka said, the praetors guard was proccing 100%, adding way more damage and threat, and it wasn't pulling a lot of agro
