When Preator's was broken, it was a 100% chance, yes. But it also did not include an 800-threat with it. Preator's was listed as around ~550 damage. However, let us add in an extra 800-threat to that. Now we're talking about 650 threat more per cast than the old preator's. But hey, I think I'll be a beast tank once I get there, and pretty much tank everything.

Now if only I could get a 3rd AA spec that's setup for tanking

Basically, yah. Casters shouldn't do more, predator's shouldn't either. Equality is balance. PS, swashbucklers can tank Nexona.

Still, 650 threat isn't that much, because actyally it's less if we add troubs deagro. I still think it's way overpowered. IMHO they should make that charm items something like 5% cast speed and 1.8 damage proc, maybe add there something less.
