A simple thing like the statement that comes up on Venril - "X's lack of will has bla bla bla..." would be enough. Not to decapitate anyone but just to get that persons focus up some. Everyone can miss it looking down on a hotbar, hp-bar or whatever, but if you don't know you were the one to miss it, how could you know that you have to improve?

Bottom line is - you shouldn't have people that retarded in your guild.

Here's the problem - if it gives an emote or something then if you were first pulling the encounter you wouldn't be aware of what's going on. You would be wtf a knockback how do deal with this? This would of made the encounter either more challenging or it would require you to figure out exactly whats going on.

However with the QA notes posted it doesn't really matter since everyone knows about the knockback anyway.

Encounter design should be intuitive to figure out, not take random luck. Trakanon is not intuitive.

Ya, it should have a message showing who has...after the knockback around them hits. It doesn't make the encounter easier...there really is not reason to have this like Venril's encounter. This makes it more accurate for Jaraxx to deguild someone who actually fucked up instead of random noob recruits.

I'd like the message after it goes off. It would make disciplining people so much easier, because no one ever admits to this.

Aside from the knockback crap, I'd like to see the lava insta-kill everyone for not being able to kill him quicker, or make the orb not work anymore once you're in lava.

I agree i think its weak guilds killed this b/c the lava was doing no damage to them. Not that its their fault, just that its possible.
