Yet another instance of the dudes who live eat and breath EQ2 24/7/365 getting all pissed off cause theyre raid force in full avatar gear can rape something faster than most normal people can spell the word rape itself.

Maybe, just maybe, the guys who arent standing atop "ivory towers" looking down on the mortals with thier Mythicals, Avatar procs and built in AOE immunities will have a good time in there, and cop a few pieces of cool loot in the process. I know we had a blast exploring it.

Whats wrong with the "sub par" guilds getting some cool loots? You guys are SO much better at everything, your awesomly superior skills keep you head and shoulders above the rest right? So Ted from The N00b Brigade has the same shield as Gorgon the Unholy from World Wide Wonderwomen? Will The N00b Brigade blow past you to Trakanon now? Chances are, prolly not.

But as usual, all the people here wanna do is cry, cry, cry, while belitting the skills of those behind them in progression, and ranting on and on about how noone deserves anything remotely close to them, since they are the reason EQ2 exists, like its thier own personal sandbox. For sure THATS gonna keep people coming back night after night.

Maybe you should man the fuck up, and realize the world doesnt revolve around you, and maybe, just maybe, SOE built a zone to cater to someone more than the Elite, and maybe, they did it for a reason: to save a dieing client base by letting those who cant, get a shot.

Personally, I thought the zone was very pretty, and even though the bosses seemed sort of spank and tank easy, I was running thru with a pick up raid, and had guys with us ranging from our servers top end elites, down to the lowliest "OMFG I hope this dude can tank this shit." guild. And we where successful. You call that a travesty, but those of us who dont live EQ2 called it a damn fun raid.

You sound like a bunch of pissy 5th graders who wont be happy until you not only get the zone's loot nerfed to oblivion, but the mobs buffed to Trakanon status, at which point youll bitch about that too.

And maybe your guild should kick you the fuck out for a month, so you can remember what it was like to not have the game on farm status, and have to actually struggle to earn a zone clear, as opposed to rolling in with your team of super loot wielding megaliths.

I have no problem with guilds getting good loot, but it was handled inappropriately here. These mobs are simply too easy. I would rather see this loot on Overking or Leviathan, because those mobs are infinitely harder than the first 3 named, and are still accessible to most raid guilds.

There is not a single guild whose members are in full avatar gear. Therefore, and because you are Alesis, your posting is not worth the hard drive space it is stored on.

To anyone who is not completely close-minded:
On the average trash fight with only one mob in the entrance area, our MT often took between 8k and 13k damage. Throughout the entire fight! That means that if you want to be a daredevil and have a well equipped tank you can try without healers. Even T1 zones, in order to get some drops, require you to have a halfway proper MT group or you can't do it.
How is that good/right?

People who claim "I don't care as long as its fun" are stupid, because they old think in short terms. Your fun won't last long, because the only reason you do an instance for the 100th time is either
- because you want something from the zone
- because the 99th time you did it was over a month ago.
What I mean to say is: "Free loot won't keep you playing". Playing is in your, and in SoE's interest. Do the math.
