Whats to be scared of is further breaking was is currently in a terrible state. Treasured/Heroic gear CAPS stats, mit, and resistance to where no additional amount is needed. T1-T3 will easily cap most up to spell damage and some class crits reaching 100%.

This is the point where the ENTIRE combat system breaks down. Casuals will make fun of raiders b/c they will complain lots of the crap from this point on is unkillable or to easy. Why? There is absolutely no growth left for mob scalability b/c all the gear was already given out capping all basic stats. The only way SOE has decided to combat this enigma is by creating highly overpowered items such as block%, stoneskin, etc. to keep survivablity or higher dps effects in order to acheive a faster burn kill in a script requirement.

People like you are indeed fucking up our gameplay. Raiding has never in any way shape or form ever effected solo/heroic content.

No your entire bitch has nothing to do with doing something cool. Your only rational is for gear. You simply want free gear, which you have elaborately have accused the people actually killing content of wanting. You are being completely shortsighted in your greed and lust for instantaneous gratification. What about the next zone? What about the next expansion? Throwing up overpowered competely ruins the playability of the future.

For some people it's not the difficulty factor, it's the fun factor.

Besides sucking up grossly disproportionate resources. But surely you could see that no matter what side of the tracks you're from.

I don't often reply to this kind of thread cuz I don't give a fuck, but...

Well I guess my point is I still don't give a fuck, lol. I just raid and try to have fun doing it, that's all that matters to me. Who drops what, and how hard it is is secondary. Some ppl should chill the fuck out, none of this shit is important in any way.

We're a casual raidguild btw, only now that last couple of weeks working on Nexona, and I think RoK has been decent fun so far.

PS. I'm really drunk wich is prolly why I even bothered posting this meaningless post :p

I think this is bullshit, 95%+ of the content for this expansion was solo/heroic.

The problem is all solo and heroic content was designed under the WoW assumption. Massive amounts of players playing short periods of time such as 1-4months and quit. Making soloing revolve around linear questlines which after completed are null and void and guess what? you have no content.

Theres a ridiculous amount of Heroic content, more massive dungeons we have seen in a long time, way better gear that previously could be gotten plenty of instance zones to at least take up 4 hours a day. Itemization was made from the ground up obviously and subsequently raid itemization had worse gear than heroic/solo quests for the first 5 months of the expansion. Every endgame raid mob was broken with some in the middle.

They pretty much adapted your busness model Lumi and it pretty much proved how far out of touch with realizty you are.

It takes less devs to do an entire raid zone than it does to do each LUs crafting update.

I don't know why I keep trying cause you're too locked up in your thinking of the so-called raiding community vs. the rest.

I'll tell you what's to be scared of.
It's not about who can get what. It's about how they can get it.

Think about this a bit, I know you're slow.

Now think some more.

Ah you're just hopeless, I'll explain with an example.
Say we get a new expansion without level cap raise. Say there's two zones (solo, heroic, raiding, doesn't matter), one is easy and has good loot and is enjoyable, the other is quite the opposite.

If you actually
- find it good that time was invested creating a zone where noone goes to more than once
- find it good that you're paying for both zones
- think a game should start at the end
you should have your brain examined.
But hey you said you worked in management, so I can see why you have trouble with practical thinking.

You say SoE needs to give people something to keep going, damn right they do!
You do NOT keep people going by adding content that renders other content pointless before they did it. They do the new, better content and then that's it.
