There is no reason to add another zone that isn't top tier difficulty, there is already an abundance of content for casual 2 to 3 day a week raiders like yourself. So much, in fact, I doubt you can do it all in the 2 to 3 days a week you raid anyway.

yeah basically, why should you get special zones? who the fuck are you? why do you think because you and your circle jerk play raid 6 days a week you should get special consideration?

Do you pay more than anyone else? no? so then they shouldn't spend time on zones only for you.

all threads like this do is point out who the shut ins are, go play in the sun instead of polishing your gear.

i polish my gear too but i don't revolve my real life around what accomplishments i have made in a game.

Hmm, perhaps more zones should be catered towards the best raiders because it makes the most sense?

You casual raiders state yourself you raid 3 to 5 days a week. So why put so much content out there you can't do it all? Besides, as you get better you can progress through the harder raid content that is in front of your guild.

Guilds like mine already kill everything killable in the game, so we're just farming. To introduce a new zone that hardcore guilds can clear in the first week is silly, because now hardcore guilds have nothing new and casual raid guilds are still struggling to close out all their lockouts with their limited raid schedule.

Think of it as a hallway. Casual guilds are barely through the first 3rd of the hallway while hardcore guilds keep running into the wall. It makes the most sense to lengthen the hallway instead of splicing in a longer portion in the middle, doesn't it?

actually in MMOs endgame is usually defined as what you do once you reach the max level. Endgame can take many forms. In DAOC endgame was RVR, in EQ2 the endgame is Raiding.

Raiding means gathering a large group of players together to accomplish a goal.

nothing about raiding = the toughest encounter ever that only the uberest elite guild that play 24/7 with the uberest armor can take on.

SOE is aware of that which is why they made T1 so easy, made contested x4s that PURs can kill and so on. RoK is definately not lacking in casual easymode raid content.

Its clear SOE made a mistake with SoH and I'm sure, like everything else, it will be changed. The loot will either be nerfed or the encounters will be made harder, especially the trash since it can drop nice loot.

does it realy? let see the "best" (and i use that term lightly) raiders make up probably 2-5% of the population and i think im being generous with that number.

so you make a zone that only 5% of the population will use and the rest of us are excluded from? sounds like a waste of developement talent to me.
