Just have the healer(s) in your group look at people's health / status bar and they can EASILY spot the single noxious on one person... tada there's your retard emote... (anyone else works as well, but healers are normally looking at that bar anyways!)

Exactly. Unlike Trak, Byzola already has a 'retard emote' insofar as it's fucking obvious who gets the debuff. And if you just aren't paying enough attention to even see that much well then there's probably no hope of you killing it anyways!
