Zerkers use 5 Concentration however its no big deal to drop in raid regen sense it is utterly useless.

Holy crap. Screw the necklace, but I'm all in on the earring. Too bad its lore.

But really, is that all there is? I was hoping there would be enough of these that I'd have to consider dropping my group utility buff, pathfinding.

For reference, paladins have at the most 4 concentration points used, and it is easy to drop another if needed be without sacrificing much, i wear the necklace on raids as the extra health is worth the price of keeping it equipped and the buff does not drop when you die. For those with 5 slots used already, you have to decide if it is worth it, but IMO what buff is worth losing close to 800-900 health along with other things that this items gives? The concentration point and keeping it equipped is necessary or you are asking for a nerf to the effects and a virtual lynching from posters that like to use this item...

yea... posting on month old threads is what i do....
my guild must be really unlucky because first few times we did it got 7-11 trash drops.. now we get 0-3 every time

O.o Obviously, the SOE cuntmeisters nerfed the drop rate long ago.
