If you can't clear T1, there's a 0% chance of you clearing T2.

Some mobs in Korsha are pretty easy, you could get a few pieces of loot off of them.

I mean honestly if his guild is not disciplined enough not to stop attacking when told to or whatever the case do you think even the first few are going to be easy for them?

I dunno. There's plenty of potential punishment if your raid are really disconnected. The sarnaks with the Golem can hurt you if you're not paying attention, the big group of sarnaks (Dark and Cruel) eat noobs for breakfast, and Kodux & Zarda would probably give them some headaches. Even Atrebe's Statue can hurt you if your healers and gear sucks.

Why's it matter? The shit in t1 and SoH is so much better than the easy mobs in Kor'Sha that if you have no chance to clear the zone it's not worth zoning in.

Remember to cancel all DoTs and remove all pets as well at 36% on Izmok. And debuff alot at 36-38% to keep the MT alive.

First 2 nameds in Temple of Kor-sha isn't very difficult however you will need 2 solid tank groups on the first named and good curing on the 2nd named.

Raidleader + MT = Crap

You have no control of your raid, while you do your best keeping aggro.
Do it professional.
One Person is Maintank
One Person is Raidleader

Only from the viewpoint at the back you can discipline your raid.

mate - dont worry about what folks say about ya, if your pulling and having fun, thats all that counts - and thats a helluva lot more than a lot of other guilds do. pull the mobs, wipe afew times, drink lotsa burboun, and then all of a sudden bam, you killed the mob and it'll be "holy shit - thats so simple and easy".

I echo what the above posters say. Your guild needs more than anything discipline. If they lack discipline, they have no business being on the raid in the first place.

If you can't get past Imzok, Pawbuster, and Thuuga, you won't stand a chance in Tier 2. Venril, Overking, and even Kodux and Zarda require way wore coordination than anything in Tier 1 and most of Hate. Especially Venril, which will try your patience if people fuck up a lot.

I hate to say it, but part of your problem is your guild's casual attitude, raiding only one or two times a week. With that kind of raid frequency, I wouldn't expect anyone to take raids seriously, and I wouldn't expect anything in the way of progress either. You will need to kick it up several notches if you want a quality raid force that's ready to tackle Tier 2.

Are you even allowed to call yourself a raid guild if you only raid twice a week?

I don't think the op was talking about clearing t2, he just wanted to know if they could/should start. And to answer his question, yes. From the sound of it they should be able to kill at the very least the first named in kor sha, which drops a nice healer belt and throatripper (best dagger any casual raid force can get). And if they can kill the group in pr they should be able to kill the group in kor sha after a few tries and then atrebe is a joke so theres more loot they can put into their rotation.

Other than that, that is about it, you won't be able to kill the twins or overking, and there is no hope in killing vs with a 1 or 2 a week raid force.
