They dont design them to be beaten? So they dont have holes in the script designed to let you work thru to a definitive conclusion? They actually design unbeatable mobs?
Wow, I had no idea, apparently I have been wrong all along. Here I was thinking NPU got outed with GM strats on how to beat mobs, and it turns out it was just some suggested holes they thought might be in the script that might be worked thru. And once someone beats the mob, I notice theyre quick to change the script to fix the obvious holes genrated in your ACT report so that its unbeatable again.
And here i thought contested meant you actually had to compete over something.
Fuck yeah, Ive been enlightened, now I know what competition is, and how you guys are awesome cause you can beat mobs designed to never be killed at all. Finally, enlightenment. Its very satisfying.

Even better, take snooker or some shit. You can't tackle the player whose move it is. So by your logic that is not competition then? I mean, they're both trying to win and all....

This is a lose/lose argument.
You narrow a server choice to what maybe 3 servers, all with differing economies which are also a huge selling point. Once the competitive server choice is made you have the "You only picked NPU b/c you knew they could only kill stuff b/c of dev help and were scared of CL...or the You only went to compete with CL b/c you knew npu had been doing good in this expansion" This argument is fucing stupid.
Im sorry that we have put together a force so superior to most guilds that people get pissed b/c of competition.
In actuality, there is so little contested comp even in this game it makes it a moot point. We are talking 2 contested spawns where only 1 has even been beaten only by us.
There isnt enough contested content to justify an xfer based on contested competition.

I was serious about the lag. Any more than a couple guilds at a contested just adds to one of the reason why this game sucks ass so bad. Heck, even in instances lag is fucking stupid at times.
