Im sorry, did CL really just try and say Dissolution is a casual guild? I mean really, that doesnt exactly bode well for you that 90% of the content your being beat to by a casual guild does it? Why would you bring that up?

I wasnt even going to say anything because honestly, it was like grats SD on mayong, and that was about it. Nobody was particularily caring too much about it. I said grats for the WW1 kill, and i wasnt really going to say anything else about this mob, but then you just open your mouth for no apprent reason.

So let me ask you this. Were you guys just not good enough to kill this mob before SD or were you just not trying because you really didnt care that much? I dont know the answer, thats why Im asking you. I know I did talk to some people in SD and they said yeah, the gamewide nerfs went in so it was about time to go kill him. They got a grats for being the first.

I mean I guarentee when we get around to going up there to him, we kill him that night. Im not impressed by that fact, nor do I think anyone should be. In fact, I think I can name a few other guilds that will do the same damn thing. Hell, if I had to venture a guess, I would say CL probably did that, unless of course the answer to my question was you werent good enough (but hey, im trying to give you guys the benefit of the doubt here).

I guess the moral of the story here pyskil is, dont try and flame people if its going to make you look worse off. Either you did the same exact thing as every other guild, or your saying your guild wasnt good enough. Either you suck or your a hypocrit on this one.

psykil is right, disso is casual, hell we only raid 2 days a week, even though thats everything including avatars and kos, and our healers dont show up, all signs point to casual

granted disso gets a lot of flak for shrugging off shit, but anyone with a brain can see its grounded. how many times does shit get beat almost immediately after a difficulty nerf. how many encounters in this game are actually difficult? this game is lag ridden, bug ridden, and nothing seems finished and content is changing all the time. instead of being idiots and trying to pick fights over such a laughable content situation, why dont you start proactively make it known that the game sucks ass and you aren't getting your money worth. aka bitch.

the game isnt difficult/polished enough for anyone to say they are better than anyone else, and I hate that. I wish i cared about putting in a ton of energy to prove a point, but the fact is there is nothing to prove. i believe any guild with 24 players with a decent intelligence can rise to the top very quickly. it all comes down to button mashing and extremely predictable and repetitive encounter scripts. look at SD, the undisputed king of EoF, wiping 23 times to pumpkin head and guilding people like copperfeild. i have a lot of respect for that guild, but it just goes to show that the line between casual guild and the fabricated hardcore guild is thin if anything

go ahead, come at me with 'making excuses' etc. but there is no excuse. i wish every guild was openly disappointed about content and the state of the game. every time new shit comes out unfinished and without creativity, i have to thank those guilds who love beating that content because they think it proves a point. the fact is it doesn't, and never will.
