The weight and importance anyone gives to a WW1st is purely subjective and a matter of personal opinion. There is no official ranking of WW1sts - neither SoE nor anyone else ranks them in an "official" list by order of importance.

It is a fact that Pandemonium killed all 8 avatars collectively before any other guild world wide did that. That's a fact, just the same as SD killed Valor first.

How much weight you give to the achievements associated with each of those facts is a matter of personal opinion. Just because you believe something is not an important achievement doesn't make that true for anyone else, or mean that is anything more than your personal opinion.

Obviously, Pandemonium believes it was an important achievement, which is why they made the effort to achieve it.

I think that Pandemonium's achievement counts for as much as any other major boss mob WW1st this expansion - being first to clear EoF, which they did, was an important achievement, in my opinion.

The fact is, nobody on this board was alive even during WW2, and definitely none of us fought in that war. It embarasses me, as an educated American, when other Americans claim responsibility for things like driving the German's out of France during WW2. As a matter of fact, WE didn't do that, our fathers and grandfathers did.

And none of the French on this board surrendured to anyone. All of these events are one or more generations removed from us, so I don't understand how they have any relevance to the present day, at all. A basic and very old law of Western Civilization is that you aren't responsible for the sins of fathers in this world.

Really, all this is being rehashed because of publicity from recent years associated with the French government's refusal to assist in the United States' desired military actions against Iraq. In retrospect, based on what we know now, was the French government even wrong for backing out on that assistance?

I think if American's want to blame the French for something closer to our generation, it would be for the US taking over responsibility of the Vietnam war and communist threat in Southeast Asia in the 1960s. In that case, they started it, and we finished it, or at least we took it over from them and retreated ourselves eventually after understanding the same thing the french did over a dozen years earlier - that it wasn't worth the cost and really didn't concern us anyway.

Didn't the French also provide some assistance to the Southern Confederacy during the American Civil War? If I recall correctly, they were possibly going to join the American Civil War in support of the South until New Orlean's was taken by the Northern Navy, and the blockade that followed ended the French Navy's ability to provide the South with any assistance.

Since we are speaking of dead people and situations none of us participated in, I figured we might as want to include all of them.

His point was that most americans think that it were they who won WW2. Ofc these people are low edicated. Just look at this, some asshole blaming guy for low english knowledge (i assume english is his 2nd or even 3rd language), while he doesnt speak any other language himself. Only stupid cow can use this point as argument. Every educated person would be glad that someone is speaking (or at least trying to) with him on foreign language.

As about WW2... US played big role in there, but it wasnt primary role, was a support class. While Europe played MT/DPS and Soviet Union played OT/DPS/Healers. (sorry for this lame example lol)

Tbh i just dont understand what all these insults about France and natinalities has to do with killing all 8 avatars or it's just someone ran out of arguments? or maybe racism? I can only guess that some ppl dont even see the difference.
