Last I checked, Malconis D'Morte is not the Avatar of Fear, and that's the only named guilds can be added to now. Look at the first post.

I am pretty sure this list is not getting updated anymore, However you can always register here http://www.raidprogression.com/ add your guild and then add kills to this list.

The list is being updated, but not if you killed the mob after the 10th time it has been killed. So let's all just read the thread again and go wow, no wonder it hasn't been updated, nobody has killed mob x since the last time!

There is one mob left with under 10 kills to its name. So yeah if the Avatar of Fear spawns on some server the list will actually see an update.. But you're right, it's far easier to read through 94 pages to find updates, sorry =)

Actually, it's not about whether it spawns on some servers anymore, it's about if those servers can kill it now. As quite a few servers have lately had it spawn for them.
